About the Role

Responsibilities
As a member of the retail team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in finding products and providing exceptional service.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring product accuracy.
- Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Engaging with the community and promoting the brand.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 USD - $105,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.

Hours may vary depending on department needs and store operations.
