Southeast Area Visual Manager

General Purpose of the Position

The Area Visual Manager is responsible for managing and executing extraordinary window creativity and interior visual merchandising to unify the local business strategy and global VM expectations within both the retail and wholesale channels, to achieve net sales and KPIs. The role embodies the Loro Piana spirit by expressing the brand’s history, culture, and values through the visual merchandising lens.

Job Responsibilities

• Executing all VM actions required to maximize business results in line with the visual strategy delivered by the Regional Visual Manager and business partners
• Weekly meeting with Regional Visual Manager to align and define all responsibilities and priorities inclusive of: rotation schedule, installation planning, travel agenda, VM and creative guideline review, store visit insight, team communication, special projects and administration
• Guiding and facilitating weekly touch bases with all business partners in order to align on the following: travel, upcoming rotations, floor planning, business reactivity, product knowledge development, identifying visual opportunities and successes
• Managing and executing all VM rotations in partnership with Regional Visual Manager, Visual Referents, DSAs, business partners and in-store teams while utilizing global VM guidelines to ensure Loro Piana’s brand integrity is upheld
