What You'll Do

  • Champion regional sales strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Inspire, develop, and coach sales professionals to reach their full potential.
  • Build and nurture executive-level customer relationships, positioning Edmentum as the leading provider of technology-enabled learning solutions.
  • Ensure effective use of sales systems, tools, and CRM for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Oversee regional budgets and resources, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic objectives and drive company growth.
  • Take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Who You Are

  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K12 education (preferred).
  • Have at least seven years of direct sales experience.
  • Be an experienced sales manager in education or technology.
  • Excel at developing and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
  • Be skilled in CRM software and sales forecasting.
  • Be a strategic thinker with strong systems orientation.
  • Be a superior leader and team builder.
  • Have deep knowledge of educational trends and requirements.
  • Be highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Have excellent judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Be adept at leading and managing change.
  • Have strong business acumen and a commitment to Edmentum's mission and values.
  • Be willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role: $190,000—$210,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
