Job Summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Regional Traveling Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in the Phoenix area. This role involves traveling to various clinics for patient imaging and administrative tasks.

About the Role

The Regional Traveling Baby Imaging Specialist will provide outstanding customer service to patients, work as a team to capture 3D, 360° images, and perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and entering patient information.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
• Work as a team to complete 3D, 360° images for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy
• Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients

Requirements

• Adaptable and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in childcare, education, or high-end retail customer service
• Physical requirements: able to squat, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and move at a fast pace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with digital imaging systems
• Basic computer skills

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.00 per hour plus an additional travel bonus. The pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience. Travel expenses are covered by the company.
