Regional Traveling Baby Imaging Specialist
Job Summary
Cranial Technologies is seeking a Regional Traveling Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team. This role involves traveling to Cranial Technologies clinics in Colorado to provide outstanding customer service and perform 3D imaging for infants.
About the Role
The Regional Traveling Baby Imaging Specialist will travel to Cranial Technologies clinics in Colorado, primarily based out of Fort Collins. The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare, education, or high-end retail, or possess problem-solving skills and a "can do" attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
- Work as a team to complete 360° images for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
- Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
- Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
- Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy
- Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients
Requirements
- Able to adapt and have an energetic, enthusiastic personality
- Capable of learning new things quickly and applying them in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in childcare, education, high-end retail, or medical imaging
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and move at a fast pace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills

Pay and Schedule
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.00 per hour plus an additional travel bonus. The pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience. Travel expenses are covered by the company.
