Baby Imaging Specialist

Job Summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Scarsdale, NY. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, love providing outstanding customer service, are tech-savvy, and most importantly, love babies!

About the Role

We are dedicated to treating plagiocephaly and correcting infant ear shapes without surgery. Our Baby Imaging Specialists play a crucial role in capturing detailed 3D images of babies using advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
• Work as a team to complete a three-dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy
• Perform medical office duties such as answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in childcare, education, or high-end retail customer service
• Physical requirements: must be able to squat and bend, lift at least 30 lbs, position and handle patients, and move at a fast pace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with digital imaging systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay and Schedule

The starting pay rate is $19.50 - $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months based on performance and tenure.
