Regional Training Supervisor

About the role

At Guild Garage Group, training is integral to our mission of growth, consistency, customer experience, and employee success. The Regional Training Supervisor will oversee the learning and development strategy for our Central and Eastern regions, working closely with companies across the country to enhance their teams' capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design solutions to support growth
• Collaborate with owners, department heads, and employees to create a training roadmap for continuous development
• Virtually coach and support individuals needing additional assistance
• Host weekly calls to share best practices and facilitate microlearning experiences
• Facilitate and create engaging training programs, ensuring consistency and impact
• Evaluate program success using data-driven metrics and analytics
• Build relationships with field operations teams and ensure training aligns with business needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience delivering engaging training
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Certification in training and development (CPTD, ATD preferred)
• Experience in the skilled trades, field operations, or a service-based industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to build credibility and influence through coaching, partnership, and accountability
• Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems (ADP LMS experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000 USD annually
