Regional Technical Service Manager - West Territory

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly technical training sessions at various sites across the region.
• Manage escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Conduct field visits with Regional Service Provider (RSP) technicians for unresolved unit problems.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Operations Manager (RSOM) to assess technical knowledge of RSPs.
• Support sales process stakeholders including end users, equipment dealers, manufacturers’ representatives, regional sales managers and directors.

Qualifications

• Achieved Associate/Bachelor's degree in Electronics from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in technical support or training roles.
• Experience with commercial foodservice equipment or HVAC.
• Ability to attend training classes as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications and may vary by geographical location. Compensation for this position also includes a bonus.
