About the role

The role of Regional Talent Management Partner is part of Allison Transmission, a company that has been powering progress since 1915. This position drives regional talent management solutions, supports talent initiatives, and partners with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with global strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the regional delivery of performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
  • Support the connection of regional activities to enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supports program enhancement by making recommendations for modifications based on talent data.
  • Assists with the identification of High Potential Individuals (HiPos), leadership readiness evaluations, and pinpointing critical roles.
  • Assists in measuring and evaluating talent solutions at the regional level to drive global excellence.
  • Partners with the business and internal marketplace partner to identify regional talent for internal opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, psychology, human resources, management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, human resources, talent management, or a similar field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, and talent, performance, and succession planning partnerships.
  • Ability to learn and use new software quickly.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong and productive relationships with a variety of people.
  • Experience in facilitating collaboration, support, and buy-in from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
