Talent Specialist - Americas Region

Main Responsibilities

  • Recruitment for regional, Business Unit and Global roles across the Americas, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and assessments.
  • Career Development: Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers, P&C teams and when applicable, external recruitment agencies.
  • Internal Recruitment and Mobility: Manage and track open recruitment activities across the Americas, providing visibility on status, progress and key priorities. Support internal recruitment and mobility by coordinating applications, interviews, assessments and communication with internal candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Coordinate the Americas 9-Box and talent review process, including scheduling, preparation, follow-up and tracking of talent pipelines and development actions.
  • Succession Planning: Review talent pipelines and workforce needs to proactively identify recruitment and succession priorities.
  • Global Programs: Lead recruitment and coordination of the Global Trainee Program within the Americas.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Support pre-employment activities, assessments, case studies and other candidate evaluation processes.
  • Recruitment Practices: Promote consistent recruitment practices and ensure adherence to established recruitment processes across the Americas.
  • Projects and Initiatives: Support talent-related projects and initiatives based on regional and business needs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination or a related People & Culture role.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Comfortable working with leaders and teams across different countries, cultures and levels of the organization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms is considered an asset.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Friendly to English; Spanish is considered a strong asset.
