Morgan Properties is looking for a Regional Support Manager to partner with our Regional Manager and support property teams across Indiana and Louisville, KY. You’ll provide coverage when a manager is out, train and coach on-site teams, and keep operations running smoothly through special projects and day-to-day support. Compensation And Benefits $80,000 - $87,000 per year, based on experienceHybrid schedule: 2-3 days working from home and 2-3 days on-site at propertiesTravel reimbursement for property visits and overnight tripsOpportunities for growth within a large, established company What We Need From You 3-5 years of experience in property management or an operational roleStrong organizational and administrative skills, including reporting, documentation, and process trackingExperience training, coaching, or developing team membersAbility to step into a property and lead the team when a manager is outFinancial acumen and knowledge of industry regulationsExperience managing projects and improving operationsAn easygoing, adaptable style, comfortable working with different personalities and prioritiesAbility to work independently and collaborate well with managers and office teamsWillingness to travel across Indiana and to Louisville, KY about twice a month, including occasional overnight staysBachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferredARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certification preferred Why Morgan?
