Regional Service Sales Director - Southeast

About the role

The position oversees the activities of the Southeast region to achieve sales, profit, and growth goals. It involves strategic management of regional sales resources, identifying and developing new customers, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategic plan and budget
• Identify and develop prospective new customers
• Provide direction for the strategic planning process
• Maintain effective relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and trade and business media
• Ensure accurate monthly forecasts and opportunity pipeline
• Oversee efficient execution of sales quotes, cost control, subcontractor management, receivables, and project turnarounds
• Recruit, assess talent, train, and develop staff
• Manage sales teams to allocate company resources effectively
• Advise senior management on customer and competitive developments
• Implement strategies focused on geographic, customer, industry, and market needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of eight (8) years of sales experience within the electrical, mechanical, or services industry
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management positions
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Preferred: MBA, Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Experience in P&L management
• In-depth knowledge of data center sales processes
• Experience in indirect sales models

Pay

$187,500 - $275,000
