Regional Service Manager | MAA Nashville

About the role

Become a Regional Service Manager at MAA, a leading multifamily property management company. This role requires a proven track record in apartment maintenance and HVAC experience, with a focus on developing and motivating maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the acting service manager of an MAA Community in the absence of a Service Manager
• Develop the maintenance staff at assigned MAA Communities
• Aid in hiring and training assigned maintenance staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence required
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred
