The role is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
- Create and manage company profiles across multiple social media channels
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments
- Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content creation
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
