Responsibilities

  • Overseeing employee and site safety
  • Enforcing policies
  • Developing CGS guards
  • Communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively (customer service focus)
  • Leadership, well-being, training, and if needed partnering with management for discipline of guards/officers supervised
  • Learning, understanding, and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Working closely with Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations
  • Responding in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record (able to pass DMV check)
  • 5 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience (preferred)
  • Working smartphone
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Pay

$25 per hour (DOE
