We Need You For
- Develop new business by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers within the territory.
- Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized, workflow-based solutions.
- Consult with laboratories to assess processes, optimize efficiency, and implement MADx technologies.
- Build long-term relationships with clinicians, laboratory medical directors, and other key decision-makers in both public and private healthcare networks.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure aligned customer engagement.
- Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all interactions.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in complex clinical diagnostic product sales, to include both capital equipment and diagnostic reagents and/or consumables.
- Proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years).
- Extensive expertise and deep network in the commercial clinical laboratory space to include major national reference labs, large healthcare networks or specialty Allergy testing centers.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Independent, field-based work style with regional travel flexibility.
