Duties & Responsibilities
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by analyzing the type of customer.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses and budgets.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Solves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to customers based on lab recommendations.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The ability to travel 70% overnight throughout the territory.
Education & Experience
- Eight to ten years in manufacturing sales or related market space.
- Good technical adhesive knowledge and can communicate adhesive issues to the Evans lab and manufacturing when needed is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
- Proven ability to secure new business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
