About The Role

ODRA is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to own and grow sales across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. This field-driven role suits a sales professional with municipal, industrial, or heavy-equipment experience who thrives on independence, travel, and live equipment demos. As the face of ODRA in your region, you'll guide customers through product selection, demonstrate real-world performance, and close deals that build lasting partnerships and measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with new and existing customers across your territory
  • Conduct in-person meetings, equipment walkarounds, and on-site demonstrations
  • Work closely with municipalities, public works teams, contractors, and dealers to understand operational needs and recommend ODRA solutions
  • Lead customers through the full sales cycle, including proposals, pricing, specifications, and delivery coordination
  • Manage bids, tenders, and public procurement opportunities
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Provide post-sale support and assist with service coordination as needed
  • Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and the competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience (municipal, industrial, or heavy-equipment sales preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage a territory, conduct demos, and close complex deals
  • Experience working with public procurement processes or contractor purchasing
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across a multi-state territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
