Regional Sales & Operations Director | Multi-Site Leadership | $100K-$110K

What You'll Do

• Drive regional sales growth, customer retention, and market expansion
• Coach and develop Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Supervisors
• Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results
• Partner with branch leadership to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
• Review P&Ls, sales performance, and operational KPIs to improve profitability
• Recruit, hire, and develop future sales and operational leaders
• Collaborate with executive leadership on regional growth strategies
• Travel throughout the region to coach teams, meet customers, and support branch performance

Requirements

Experience leading multiple business units or branch locations
Proven success driving regional sales growth and market expansion
Experience coaching and developing sales leaders
P&L ownership and financial accountability
Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset
Experience in service, distribution, logistics, staffing, facilities, uniforms, foodservice, industrial services, equipment rental, or a related industry
Willingness to travel throughout the New York Metro region
