About the role
Responsible for expanding the company’s market share in the designated region through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar regional sales capacity.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
