Regional Sales Manager - West

About the role

Switchcraft, Inc. is a U.S. manufacturer of harsh environment circular connectors, cable assemblies and interconnect solutions. Our products are used in a wide variety of industries including medical, industrial controls, transportation and homeland security. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for West Coast. The RSM drives sales, manages sales representatives in territory, and manages customer relationships in territory, including both OEM’s and distributors. Location: Jefferson Park, Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales goals, including new design wins, by working directly with customers and through sales representatives and distributors.
• Train and motivate representative’s Sales Staff and Territory Sales Managers.
• Review the representative network for the territory and drive changes as needed.
• Attend relevant trade shows/industry events.
• Manage relationships for corporate distribution accounts located within the territory.
• Provide feedback on industry competitor activity.
• Develop and execute the sales plan, including forecasting and budgeting revenues.
• Provide new product ideas.
• Expected to travel visiting various territories approximately 25-35% of the time.

Pay

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 plus bonus.

Schedule

On Site: M‑F 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
