Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of 7–10 Business Development Managers across a defined region. This role ensures the execution of Easy Ice’s strategic sales initiatives and is accountable for achieving monthly regional sales targets.

This role provides leadership, coaching, and development to a hunter-focused sales team and plays a key role in building a strong, positive, high-performance team culture.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Business Development Managers.
  • Build and maintain a positive, high-performance sales culture.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals for the region.
  • Maintain pipeline health, activity metrics, and CRM compliance.
  • Execute the Easy Ice strategic sales plan at the regional level.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new BDMs.
  • Provide ongoing training, field support, and joint sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support sales execution.
  • Ensure team accountability through clear expectations and transparent metrics.
  • Foster an energetic, solutions-oriented, customer-focused culture.

Key Performance Metrics

  • Regional sales quota attainment.
  • Business Development Manager activity metrics and individual quota achievement.
  • Pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Talent retention and engagement.
  • Speed-to-productivity for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience with a strong track record leading hunter-focused teams.
