Regional Sales Manager - USA (Western Region)

About the Role

Atradius Group provides trade credit insurance, surety, and collections services worldwide. This remote position is for candidates based in the Western Region of the United States, focusing on marketing and selling specialized financial products (domestic and export credit insurance) to corporations ranging from small businesses to large Fortune 500 organizations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business, schedule appointments, make sales calls, provide product recommendations, close sales, and provide ongoing client service.
• Market and sell domestic and export credit insurance to corporations within assigned regions.
• Present programs and underwriting results to leading executives.
• Build a portfolio of business aligned with Atradius’ targeted goals.
• Market the product to banks and the lending community.
• Service new and existing clients by monitoring their programs and coverage.
• Negotiate acceptable terms and conditions with clients, brokers, and underwriting staff.
• Occasional travel within the region.

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales mentality with a consultative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business or finance-related focus, or equivalent years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter with individual drive to succeed, undaunted by challenges.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Growth mindset.
• Ability to obtain and maintain proper insurance licensing.
