Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Hires, Daily Training, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all sales people on team
• Directs staffing of team, and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs
• Establish and meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives
• Maintains salesperson productivity and performance
• Attends manager meetings as requested
• Utilizes tools to follow up with customers and ensure team does so also

Requirements

• Must have previous experience as a Sales Manager
• Steady work and performance history
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
