Regional Sales Manager - Upper Extremities - Kansas

What You Will Do

• Lead, manage and develop the Stryker Upper Extremities Sales team.
• Drive revenue and develop the top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze market information, identify and meet with new prospects, and create sales plans and marketing strategies.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenditures.
• Provide recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates.
• Build ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons, and internal relationships with sales associates.
• Roll up your sleeves for last-minute back-up support in operating/emergency room consultations or for help with customer or account problems.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (in the medical device or industry preferred).
• 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals.
• Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).

Pay

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
