Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, Design Firms, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through networking, industry databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, bidding, contract negotiation, project award, and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, product specifications, samples, and timely project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and upcoming construction projects to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and professional associations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within cabinetry, closets, vanities, millwork, building materials, construction products, or related industries.
  • An established network of General Contractors, Developers, Architects, and Design Firms is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, project sales, and relationship management.
  • Prominent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
