About the role

Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned areas.
Train and develop the team to get updated always-on product knowledge.
Create brand value of the products at the Doctor's front.
Capability to handle the situation that arises in the field.
Planning, monitoring, and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.
Regular visits to Farm/Hospital/PC/Traders to improve relationships and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Update always on competitors activities & Basic market information like, Poultry Farm, Ruminant Farm, Aquaculture Farm & Animal Population.
• Achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection targets of the Company.
• Supervise the team members, monitor Sales & Collection status closely, and ensure maximum turnover in assigned region.
• Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
• Arrange small-scale meetings like farmers' PC meetings, and get together with potential chemists, customers and farmers.
• Prepare report as required by the management.
• Improve continuously the performance of the products and services by taking relevant, corrective and preventive actions.
