Regional Sales Manager- Positions Available in Multiple States

Basic Responsibilities

• Develop Strategy and drive growth at strategic distributors or other identified accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the assigned accounts in your region.
• Identify how our company can support the customer’s opportunities and challenges.
• Identify and build relationships with large HVAC Contractors and/or influencers.
• Identify and build relationships with Senior Sales Managers at key distributors.
• Work with rep firms or territory managers to penetrate and grow distributor accounts.
• Develop and implement growth plans for target accounts in your region.
• Identify, support, and convert influencers or contractors at target accounts.
• Interface with marketing to share customer requirements for marketing support, including custom literature.

Pay

Base of $120K dependent upon experience along with additional sales commissions or incentives of $60K+

Schedule

The RSM will reside in their defined region of the country and travel as required to your customers. Remote meetings through TEAMS will continue to be a critical and efficient portion of this job, reducing unnecessary travel. Still, regular in-person visits with customers and periodic visits to the factory in Kinston, NC are required.
