Regional Sales Manager - USA
Riedel Communications, founded in 1987, designs, manufactures and distributes innovative real-time networks for IP, Video, Audio and Communications. About the role
As a result of continued growth, Riedel Communications is looking to hire a talented and motivated candidate to join our US Sales Team. This is a remote position, working from home with domestic travels and regular trips to customers’ sites. The candidate must be based in the
- South Central, or
- South East, or
- Western Region
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales within the designated region, manage customer relationships, and ensure successful project execution. Key activities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Managing the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs
- Representing Riedel at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Experience in the broadcast, pro-audio, event, sports, theatre, or security industries
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
