Regional Sales Manager, Minneapolis (Enterprise)
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to clearly articulate Cribl’s value proposition and execute on proven sales processes. This role is remote, based out of Minneapolis, and requires candidates to live local to the territory. You’ll develop business plans, manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, and help customers understand the value of Cribl. Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets is key. As a remote-first company, occasional duties outside standard working hours may be required.
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer to CxO
- Forecast predictably and hit sales targets
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s)
- Experience working with at least one earlier-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
- A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and running a complex sales process
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion
- Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions
- Background using MEDDIC
Pay
Base Salary Range: $140,000—$155,000 USD (dependent on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience). For sales roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees may participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
