- Set and Monitor Targets: Establish clear sales targets based on growth objectives; analyze meaningful metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Build and cultivate relationships with senior team members in key partner organizations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with commercial policies and legal regulations as defined by senior management.
- Field Intelligence: Act as the central point for synthesizing field insights and presenting them to the central office.
- Product Mastery: Ensure your team is fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell our solutions.

About the Role
This role is best suited for individuals residing in the Central United States, particularly near major hubs such as Indianapolis, Chicago, Milwaukee, Nashville, or Minneapolis. 50% Travel Required.
