Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales strategy within assigned territory
• Grow and manage customer relationships using HubSpot
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Train customers and partners on product lines
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Forecast sales, track performance, and meet monthly targets
• Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and product feedback
• Ensure all activities align with company values and ethical standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of capital equipment sales experience (5-10 preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Industry experience in roadway or manufacturing is a plus
