Responsibilities

• Direct sales responsibility to customers in the Pulp and Paper Industry.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Utilize thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch technical support and customized solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and bring market insights and customer feedback to our product group and R&D to develop industry-specific winning concepts further.

Requirements

• Extensive background and proven experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry.
• Strong sales mindset and capability to work with customers on many levels.
• Seasoned in working within a matrix organization, displaying exceptional adaptability and the capability to excel in an independent sales role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory, with occasional support provided to other areas as required.
