What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership industry with demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing sales talent, and achieving ambitious performance goals.
  • Strong ability to structure deals, perform basic loan calculations, and guide customers through financial purchase decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance, operational excellence, and professional integrity.
