Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the California market. This role demands strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel throughout the state and internationally as required for team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.

  • Analyze market trends to determine customer needs and optimize pricing.

  • Advise dealers and clients on sales and advertising techniques.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals with key clients.

  • Cook up and coordinate between sales and other departments to enhance customer support.

  • Prepare sales reports and expand the client base.

  • Participate in annual strategic planning and marketing development.

  • Mind the competition and develop effective counterstrategies.

  • Engage in architectural outreach and targeted marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Energetic, eager, tenacious.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales and business development.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Word processing software.

  • Strong sales and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build effective relationships quickly and across various teams.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.
