Required Skills
- Buils and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product needs; identifies and suggests SRC products to meet those needs.
- Able to effectively speak about SRC Refrigeration’s products and discuss how they meet the needs of each specific customer.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise leading up to and including the sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant solution selling experience.
- Experience in the insulated panel industry preferred.
- Construction experience in addition to exposure to field service preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate well with internal management and fellow team members in addition to external customers, service providers, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related web-based software.
- Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred but not mandatory.
