The Regional Sales Manager for Windrock will create and execute regional channel strategy for new wireless sensors. The position is based in Hobbs, NM, Midland, Amarillo, or Lubbock, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and establish business relationships
  • Convey customer requirements and perform technical/product training
  • Develop and implement regional strategy for wireless sensor applications
  • Manage channel partners and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Communicate value stories and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Create incremental demand and meet sales goals
  • Manage and forecast opportunities and prospects
  • Represent the company in inter-regional travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in condition monitoring and wireless sensor applications
  • Good overall knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Self-driven work ethic and competitive attitude
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability for inter-regional travel (50-70%)
