Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue across the California territory through direct sales and distributor management
- Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on account penetration and new logo acquisition
- Conduct technical sales presentations and application-based consultations with end users and engineers
- Collaborate with internal application engineers and service teams to deliver customer solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM discipline
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer sites
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in vacuum, compressed air, fluid handling, or related industrial equipment
- Proven track record of territory growth and new business development
- Techically proficient — comfortable discussing pump technology, system specifications, and application requirements
- Familiarity with manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, or semiconductor end markets preferred
Qualifications
- Based in California with ability to travel extensively throughout the territory
