Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue across the California territory through direct sales and distributor management
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on account penetration and new logo acquisition
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and application-based consultations with end users and engineers
  • Collaborate with internal application engineers and service teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM discipline
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer sites

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in vacuum, compressed air, fluid handling, or related industrial equipment
  • Proven track record of territory growth and new business development
  • Techically proficient — comfortable discussing pump technology, system specifications, and application requirements
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, or semiconductor end markets preferred

Qualifications

  • Based in California with ability to travel extensively throughout the territory
