Regional Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Possess and prospect new business daily through calls, emails, and outreach to new accounts within days of identification
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot, updating deal stages, next steps, and probabilities
• Respond promptly to inbound Request for Proposals (RFPs) and leads
• Travel regularly to properties to connect personally with key accounts and property teams
• Lead sales and revenue planning calls and drive on-property sales training
• Conduct bi-weekly alignment calls with the property team, marketing, and revenue management to ensure strategy and next steps are on track
• Analyze pick-up, pace, and occupancy trends and align rate strategies across accounts
• Report on results, from weekly activity to quarterly business reviews with leadership

Requirements

A self-starter with at least 3-5 years of hospitality experience, preferably with sales experience. Must be comfortable with regular travel (25-50%) and have strong communication and relationship-building skills. CRM experience, particularly with HubSpot, is beneficial.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to be based in Sioux Falls, SD, though this is not a requirement.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and a proven track record of closing deals are essential. The ability to manage a multi-property pipeline with minimal oversight is also crucial.
