Responsibilities
- Building and managing a personal pipeline of clients and prospects
- Scheduling and conducting client appointments
- Educating families on life insurance, retirement planning, and financial protection options
- Presenting suitable solutions based on client needs
- Following up with clients and prospects consistently
- Learning and following company sales systems
- Assisting new agents with onboarding, training, and early activity
- Attending team trainings, roleplays, and development meetings
- Tracking activity, appointments, follow-ups, and results
- Representing Atlas Agency with professionalism, integrity, and urgency
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic

- Reliable phone, computer, and internet access
- Willingness to become licensed if not currently licensed
- Ability to attend trainings and meetings
