Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager for Commercial Sales. The primary responsibility is to lead, motivate, and train the regional commercial sales team to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager of Commercial Sales, you will educate and coach the team, assist in interviewing candidates, and prepare and conduct sales meetings. You will also report results and develop strategies to grow customer accounts.

Essential Functions

• Understand and manage region sales budgets
• Motivate the regional sales team to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Provide clear directions and training to achieve successful sales results
• Assist, train, and evaluate Commercial Evaluators and Service Professionals on sales techniques
• Prepare and conduct sales meetings and conference calls with the regional sales team
• Report to management and document results and recommendations from field training evaluations
• Develop and nurture new and existing customer accounts
• Devise sales strategies including competitive analysis and understanding market share

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to teach and train others
• Knowledge of common pests and commercial construction
• Ability to draw diagrams and indicate problem areas of infestation
• Understanding of Arrow Exterminator products and the STEPS Total Protection System
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years proven and successful sales track record in commercial sales
• Training/teaching experience
• Broad understanding of third-party audit guidelines
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver large audience meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Pest Pac
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
