About the role
This position includes travel locally. Additional travel to corporate headquarters for meetings and training may be necessary. Company-related travel, outside of the standard commute, will be reimbursed.
Hours of Operation
Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours.
Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000 plus commission plan
What You'll Do
- Engage in high-profile client relationships to execute your sales strategy.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities based on a strategic territory plan and collaborate with leadership to support you.
- Reach out and make friends, turn “no’s” into “yeses,” and show the company’s unique solutions tailored to our client’s needs.
- Be a go-to trusted expert when the client says, “I’m not sure who can solve this?”
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and assist with RFIs or RFPs.

Qualifications
- A go-getter, sales skillset.
- B2B sales experience with employee benefits or HR technology - including payroll, HR solutions, background screening, staffing or related industries.
- A few years’ experience in a sales or business development role.
