About the role
Join our dynamic team of experts in sales and marketing. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients
- Present Cribl's products and services to prospective customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or software-related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of telemetry and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Technical knowledge of AWS, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Elastic, Splunk, Exabeam, Wiz, Confluent, and other relevant technologies
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
