Regional Safety Specialist

Company Description Job Description Develop and implement safety policies and procedures. Conduct site inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and safety training. Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations. Handle accident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions. Conduct MSHA/OSHA training and recordkeeping. Monitor safety trends, metrics, and workplace incidents. Work closely with operations, HR, employees, and customer safety teams. Support multiple job sites across different states. Requirements: 2+ years of occupational health & safety experience in an industrial environment. Strong OSHA and MSHA knowledge. Safety certification required. MSHA Instructor certification is a plus. Strong communication, training, and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel. 80–90% field/job-site work.
