Regional Quality Manager - Northeast Region

Description

The Quality Manager supports implementations of quality management systems changes and documentation. They analyze data related to quality processes and improvements, focusing on problem-solving with creative thinking under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject required or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years prior experience with principles and practices of quality management systems and standards
• Minimum of one (1) year prior experience managing quality systems for multiple sites preferred
• Problem solving ability (analytical, prioritization, and escalation skills)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work both in person and remotely with internal and external (customers & suppliers) across North America
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment
• Advanced computer skills to support data analysis including MS Office and statistical software
• High level of compatibility in various team environments

Pay

$83,250.00 - $138,750.00, depending on your role, level, and location
