Regional Quality Engineer

The Regional Quality Manager leads the overall quality and continual improvement program in the assigned region in support of customer requirements and business objectives. This role supports ISO 9001:2015 and product safety compliance by performing internal audits, management reviews, and facilitating third-party audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investigation, root cause analysis, and completion of corrective actions arising from audit nonconformances and customer complaints.
• Support customer quality requirements, facilitate customer audits, and conduct supplier audits in collaboration with the Director of Supplier Quality.
• Manage process improvement projects in support of business objectives.
• Create, facilitate, train, and lead teams to successful completion of projects.
• Utilize people skills to maximize team members' and coworkers' project contributions.
• Select appropriate strategy, analysis, tools, and techniques to achieve customer and business-related quality objectives.
• Effectively present and communicate the status of project activity to management.
• Successfully complete projects within financial and time deadlines.
• Maintain administrator records and prepare statistical performance reports related to business objectives.
• Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
• Travel is required up to 25% of the time within the designated region.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related job experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering.
