About the Role
This full-time Regional Property Supervisor position oversees Crescent Park (378-unit) and Nevin Plaza (140-unit) in Richmond, CA. These are HUD and Tax Credit properties.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between site and central office; conduct monthly meetings
- Ensure file compliance at each property in the portfolio
- Work with Development on new acquisitions and developments
- Maintain desired financial benchmarks; monitor and analyze monthly financials for each property
- Conduct site visits twice monthly to each site; maintain physical assets
- Supervise Assistants, Property Managers, Floating Managers, and all other site staff
- Review, explain, and report financial reports to supervisors, partners, and outside agencies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of multi-site property management experience
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines
- Current California Real Estate Sales License or ability to obtain one within nine months of hire
- Strong supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and DMV clearance
- Access to a reliable vehicle and maintenance of auto insurance meeting EAH minimum requirements
Pay
Salary range: $90,000.00 to $148,000.00 per year. Hiring range for new employees is generally $90,000.00 to $119,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Offers consider the candidate’s experience and current salary levels of individuals in similar roles at EAH.
