We’re looking for a strong multi-site leader who combines operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. What You’ll Do Oversee operational and financial performance across a multifamily portfolioLead, coach, and develop Property Managers and Senior Property ManagersDevelop budgets and monitor performance against financial goalsAnalyze portfolio results and communicate with leadership, owners, and investorsDrive strategies and initiatives that improve property performanceBuild strong relationships with residents, associates, owners, and other stakeholdersTravel regularly throughout the Maryland and Pennsylvania portfolio What We’re Looking For 10+ years of property management experience3+ years as a Regional Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, or similar multi-site leaderProven success coaching and developing property management teamsStrong budgeting and financial management skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and technology skillsBachelor’s degree preferredARM, CAM, or similar industry certification preferred Why Join WPM?
