Regional Property Manager - LITHC & Leasing

About the Role

Augusta Rental Homes is seeking an experienced property management leader to oversee our Leasing and Resident Services departments. This senior operational leadership position is responsible for leasing our available homes and providing professional, responsive service to approximately 1,600 residents.

The Leasing & Resident Services Manager will lead a team of approximately 10 employees across Leasing and Resident Services, focusing on hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing the team while ensuring established systems are followed and performance expectations are consistently met.

This is not primarily a production position; the manager is not expected to personally handle every task (e.g., processing applications, scheduling showings, completing renewals, or addressing resident concerns). However, the manager must thoroughly understand each process, perform them when necessary, and quickly recognize when a process or team member is off track.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 employees in Leasing and Resident Services.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance.
• Oversee leasing operations and resident services for approximately 1,600 residents.
• Ensure established systems and processes are followed across the team.
• Use data to identify problems and drive consistent execution.
• Understand and perform leasing and resident service tasks when necessary (e.g., processing applications, scheduling showings, renewals, addressing concerns).

Requirements

• Experience in property management operations, particularly in leasing and resident services.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of leasing and resident activity.
• Strong leadership skills, including hiring, training, coaching, and team development.
• Ability to use data to identify issues and improve team performance.
• Thorough understanding of leasing and resident service processes.

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
