Regional Property Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing and maintaining properties within a regional area, overseeing tenant relations, budget management, and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties
• Manage tenant relations and resolve disputes
• Develop and implement property improvement plans
• Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgets
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
